J2 Bat Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and J2 Bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the J2 Bat website and all associated services available at j2bat.onl. These Terms apply to all visitors and registered users of the platform, regardless of the device or method used to access it.

Using J2 Bat — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you access J2 Bat on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and your acceptance is binding on their behalf.

These Terms should be read alongside J2 Bat's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2Eligibility

To register and use J2 Bat, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. J2 Bat is strictly an adult platform. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, including J2 Bat itself.
• You have not previously had a J2 Bat account closed for a breach of these Terms.

J2 Bat reserves the right to request identity documents and proof of age at any time. 3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on J2 Bat. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, J2 Bat will close the duplicate accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances at its discretion and may permanently ban the associated individual from the platform.

When registering your J2 Bat account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes. J2 Bat is not responsible for any failure to deliver communications — including withdrawal confirmations or account alerts — resulting from inaccurate details you have provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow anyone else to access your account, or use another player's account. All activity conducted through your J2 Bat account — whether or not you personally authorised it — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact J2 Bat support immediately.

J2 Bat reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, abusive behaviour toward platform staff or other players, or any other conduct that the platform considers harmful to its integrity or the experience of other users.

4Deposits

J2 Bat processes all deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). No currency conversion is applied to your deposited funds — the PKR amount you deposit is the PKR amount credited to your gaming wallet.

Supported deposit methods at J2 Bat include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfer. Additional payment options may be made available from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed on the deposit page within your account.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a different person — are not permitted and will be returned where identified.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
• J2 Bat does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are your responsibility.
• J2 Bat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including bank transfer processing times or temporary unavailability of JazzCash or Easypaisa services.
• Deposited funds are held in your J2 Bat wallet and may be used for betting and gaming on the platform. Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at J2 Bat are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where that method supports withdrawals. Where this is not possible, J2 Bat will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal route.

Standard withdrawal processing times at J2 Bat are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically processed within a few hours of approval, subject to standard business hours and provider availability.
• Raast: typically processed within one working day of approval.
• Bank Transfer: typically processed within one to three working days of approval, depending on your bank.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, J2 Bat may require identity verification. This is standard procedure and applies to all players, not only those under specific scrutiny. Verification documents commonly requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and confirmation that your registered payment method belongs to you. Providing complete and accurate verification documents is the fastest way to clear any withdrawal hold.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared all applicable wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal. J2 Bat reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonuses or promotional credits from a withdrawal request where wagering requirements remain unmet.

6Bonuses and Promotions

J2 Bat offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions and expiry periods — which are stated at the point the bonus is offered. These Terms provide the general framework; specific bonus terms take precedence for individual offers.

General bonus conditions that apply across all J2 Bat promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded in PKR and credited to your bonus wallet. They are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money balance. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports betting contributions are specified per offer. Games with very low house edge or high RTP may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not cleared wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

Bonus abuse — which includes creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, using promotional funds in a way that exploits pricing errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus conditions — is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7Sports Betting Rules

J2 Bat's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, esports and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation from J2 Bat. Bets placed during system downtime, where confirmation was not received, are not valid.
• Pricing errors: Where a market was clearly mispriced due to a technical error, J2 Bat reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect odds. This includes instances where odds were significantly out of line with the true market price.
• Live betting: In-play bet acceptance is subject to platform availability. J2 Bat is not liable for delays in bet acceptance caused by connectivity issues on your end during live markets.
• Market suspension and void bets: Markets may be suspended or bets voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned, significantly altered (such as a venue change that materially affects the outcome), or where match-fixing is suspected. Settled odds for voided bets revert to 1.00 (stake returned).
• PSL and cricket-specific markets: Player availability, toss results and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application in rain-affected matches are all governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Please check market-specific rules before placing.
• Accumulator bets: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-transaction payout limit applies to sports betting at J2 Bat. This limit is displayed on the sportsbook. Winnings above this limit will be paid up to the maximum — the excess is not retained by the platform as a fee but is simply not paid above the stated ceiling.

8Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available at J2 Bat — including slots, live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti), fish games and RNG table games — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game's interface. The following general conditions apply across the casino section:

• Games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real dealer processes. Neither J2 Bat nor the game provider can manipulate outcomes once a game round has been initiated.
• Interrupted game sessions — caused by disconnection, browser closure or device failure — are recorded by the platform. Where a round was in progress, the outcome will be determined and settled using the recorded game state once your session resumes or upon your next login.

9Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

J2 Bat is committed to a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial assistance to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting technical glitches, bugs or pricing errors in a systematic way to generate guaranteed profit.
• Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit discrepancies between J2 Bat's odds and those of other platforms, where the primary purpose is guaranteed profit rather than genuine sporting interest.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any multiplayer context to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a J2 Bat account to launder funds or process transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false personal information, using a stolen identity, or registering an account in someone else's name.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at J2 Bat staff or other players.

J2 Bat uses automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, the platform may act immediately — including freezing accounts, reversing transactions and withholding withdrawals — while an investigation is conducted. The outcome of such investigations is at the platform's discretion and is final.

10Privacy and Data

J2 Bat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected at registration — including your name, CNIC details, contact information and payment method details — is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing and platform security. J2 Bat does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and verification service providers only to the extent necessary to operate these services.

J2 Bat uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to support platform functionality, improve user experience and monitor for security threats. Continued use of the platform constitutes consent to the use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.

11Responsible Gaming

J2 Bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. The platform is entertainment — not a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulty. The following principles and tools are available to all registered players:

• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session directly from your account settings.
• Deposit limits: Cap the amount of PKR you can deposit within a chosen time period (daily or weekly). Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.

12Limitation of Liability

J2 Bat provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for service outages, maintenance periods or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, J2 Bat's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of your deposited balance at the time the claim arises. J2 Bat is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages under any circumstances, including loss of anticipated winnings from bets that were not accepted or markets that were suspended.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13Amendments to These Terms

J2 Bat may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms or account policies — the platform will notify registered users via the email address on their account or through an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification.

Continued use of J2 Bat after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should withdraw your balance and close your account before the effective date.
